Refunds & file problems

Our printables are instant digital downloads, so files can't be returned. But you should never be stuck with a file that doesn't work.

Our fix-or-replace promise

• If a file has a mistake (a typo, a wrong reference, a page that prints badly) or won't download or open, tell us and we'll fix it or send a corrected file.
• If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
• If you spot an error in Qur'an, du'a or hadith text, please tell us. We correct it, send the fixed file to buyers, and note it on our sources page.

How to reach us

Message us through Etsy messages or email [email protected]. Include your order number if you have it. We aim to reply within 1–2 days.

Good to know

• Purchases on Etsy are also covered by Etsy's own purchase protection and case process.
• Files are for personal and family use; teachers may print for their own class.
